so, i watched it yesterday.
and it was disappointment tbh.
in many aspects.
but mostly, the rush of it all. it felt like they want to put as much 'adventures' as they could and it felt rushed and out of synch with the first one too. The first one i LOVED IT, even after reading the book and all, i still loved it. this one, not much.
some things, like the MAGNIFICENT performance of Martin and co, really fantastic that man. and Beneditct, even if he was just the voice, WOW. the scenes with the Dragon were the best of it all.

The part with Beorn was highly poor and ooc. but ok, i let it pass.
The spiders whole scene was... ok. could have been worse ?
Thranduil was kind of... i dont know how to put it, too harsh and a lil ooc?. i mean he is the most dick of all elves imo but here he was maybe too much and i even felt him a bit madman. But Lee pace played him in a way i still like though.

There were things that were unnecessary, like Tauriel. uhg. dont even make me start whith that character that just ruined Kili's moment (and even fili!) to be there with the company when they finally get into Erebor. cause Kili was injured with the sole purpose of Tauriel 'find out his beloved dwarf was dying and go to the rescue' (also orcs near the castle of Thranduil? yeah righttt). and even, despite my immense happiness when he appeared, Legolas. Why? cause they made him a disrespectful dick

I hear ya. I could watch it over and over and over again just for Martin Freeman though... That man is fabulous in everything he does.
